The Woodleigh Residences is a new 99 years leasehold mixed-use development by Singapore Press Holdings and Kajima Development. There is a total of 273,842 square feet of site area. A total of 161,460 square feet will be made available for commercial units and the rest will be made up of residential units. The Woodleigh Residences will house approximately 825 residential units. Which include various types of floor plan made available for the buyer to choose from. Residential units range from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom and are contained in blocks either facing the Upper Aljunied Road or the Bartley Road. Located in District 13 of Upper Serangoon Road, the project seeks to combine comfort, facilities and accessibility.

This masterplan includes the following, a regional park with a lake, a local recreational, social and commercial hub, preserving a heritage road and trees. The masterplan is due for completion in 2018.
